Cairns Stingrays Swimming Club
Cairns Stingrays Swimming Club is a community, non-profit organisation that has been based at Woree Bicentennial Aquatic Centre for over 20 years. During this time, hundreds of local children and families have enjoyed the benefits of Stingrays club membership.
Cairns Stingrays club members have the opportunity to participate in our weekly Friday Club Nights and other club activities, such as Christmas and break-up parties and Aquathons. Members are also encouraged to represent the club at our home carnivals and other swim meets throughout the region.
As well as making great friends, members develop physical conditioning, sportsmanship, teamwork, mental discipline and other skills that will provide immediate as well as life-long benefits that go well beyond the walls of the pool.
