Formed in 2000, TAS Swimming Club is one of the region’s most go ahead clubs. In the 2007-8 swimming season, TAS Swimming sent competitors not only to FNQRSA Carnivals, but also to NQ championships,Queensland Shortcourse Championships Queensland Age Championships and Australian Age Championships.

It is attached to the magnificent TAS Aquatic Centre facility. Head coach, Mr Michael Ursu is an internationally recognized figure in swimming education leads a team of dedicated swim coaches and teachers.
